Accounts store a username, email, password hash, access permissions and account creation date. Passwords are never stored as plain text. Activity records retain administrator changes and download references.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. This installation does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting access logs and short-lived login-attempt controls may process IP addresses for service operation and abuse prevention.

Offline planning tools send no data to this site. Keep downloaded backups secure. When checkout is open, your account email, order reference, guide and order amount are sent to Pesapal for payment processing. Payment-card details and M-Pesa PINs are entered on Pesapal, not stored by this site. Orders retain references, amounts and verified payment status. Account export/deletion requests can be handled by the site owner; the public contact route will be configured before commercial launch.
