KENYA · GUIDE 0060 · EDITION 4.2
Egg grading and packing service in Kenya
Grade and pack customer-owned eggs as a service.
A CONCRETE EXAMPLE · ILLUSTRATIVE
Fictional customer-owned egg service: receive 600 chicken eggs, perform agreed visible-shell inspection and customer-defined size sorting, and pack accepted eggs into thirty-cell trays. Charge an illustrative service fee per egg received, not pretend to buy and resell the eggs. Worked reconciliation: 12 cracked on receipt +18 soiling holds +4 broken during work +566 accepted =600. Accepted output is 18 full trays (540 eggs) plus one partial tray of 26, all lot-labelled.
Who is the first customer?
