Fictional indexing IDX-68 catalogues 300 existing digital PDFs into a client-controlled index without changing document contents. Fields are document ID, exact filename, client-approved category, source folder, date if evidenced, access class and link. Sample: 'D0042 | supplier_terms_v 2.pdf | supplier terms | folderB | date unknown | restricted'. The service creates a retrieval aid, not a legal retention schedule or a guarantee that filenames describe contents accurately. Renaming/moving originals is excluded until a separate approved mapping exists.
