Holiday home turnover cleaning in Kenya
Holiday-home turnover cleaning against a room inventory and guest-ready checklist.
A CONCRETE EXAMPLE · ILLUSTRATIVE
Fictional holiday-flat turnover: one two-bedroom property with two beds, six bath towels, two hand towels, one bathroom, kitchenette and 35 square metres of agreed floor. The host supplies a clean replacement linen set and approves the inventory and found-property procedure. Include linen change, ordinary cleaning and count reconciliation. Exclude commercial laundry processing, pest treatment, maintenance repairs, handling guest identity documents and guarantees that hidden damage or prohibited guest activity will be discovered.
