Buy for the acceptance standard
The procurement decision starts with the result you must deliver: Correct size and intact closures, with microwave or dishwasher claims only when supported.
Have a household pack its usual meal into a sample, checking compartment usefulness, lid operation, utensil space, and fit inside the intended school or work bag.

Ask for the exact unit or pack size, rather than accepting a price without a quantity.
