The procurement decision starts with the result you must deliver: Appliance positioned and set up within the agreed scope, with unresolved installation needs disclosed.
Complete the manufacturer-directed setup and demonstration with the customer, documenting packaging damage, missing accessories and any connection issue that prevents proper intended use.

Limit the first purchase to the agreed scope: Specify the exact appliance and intended connection points, using competent installers where required and separating ordinary setup from electrical, gas or plumbing alterations beforehand. Expand the resource list only when actual orders and measured capacity justify it.
