KENYA · GUIDE 0338 · EDITION 4.2
Salon basin retail in Kenya
Salon basins retailed against dimensions, connection requirements and installation responsibility.
A CONCRETE EXAMPLE · ILLUSTRATIVE
Fictional order: supply one pre-reclined shampoo station with ceramic bowl and drain assembly to a small salon, subject to a plumber-approved survey. The retail order covers the identified station, inspection on arrival and scheduled ground-floor delivery. Plumbing alterations, hot-water installation and final fitting are separately contracted by the customer with a competent plumber. The quoted model must match the surveyed footprint and connection arrangement; a product photograph alone is insufficient.
Who is the first customer?
